IRC Operator Class: IRC Basics & Working with Network Services, Aliases and More!

This afternoon Myrtti (Miia Ranta) on behalf of Ubuntu IRC Team instructed a class focusing on IRC basics for Ubuntu IRC Operators. Myrtti taught attendees the basics of IRC and how to work with Network Services and simplify basic tasks by using xchat and irssi aliases.

Myrtti’s class is the “first in a series of fun and interesting classes on being an IRC Operator” said Alan Bell of the Ubuntu IRC Council.
