By teaching C#, is this not supporting M$? Why not teach a programming language that can be freely used in GNU/Linux?

Ubuntu Classroom is volunteer-based so anyone is welcome to propose a class to the Classroom team to teach it.

We’d love it if someone would volunteer to teach a series of C++ or Python classes like we had a volunteer for the C# classes.

What is the criteria for hosting a class?

Our wiki page at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Classroom has formal guidelines, but you can pretty much just drop by #ubuntu-classroom-backstage and chat with us about a proposal for a class, who you are (it helps if you work/school/projects is related to what you want to teach, or know someone in the community who can assure us you know what you’re talking about, but it’s not a big deal), the timeslot you want. From there we schedule it.
